Don't miss KC AI Expo 2026, the annual expo from the Kansas City AI Club, on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Thirty exhibitor tables of Kansas City companies and startups showing what they're actually building, plus a Pitch-Off on the main stage. Doors open at 4:00 PM. We are aiming for 500 people through the door.

🎟️ Attendee tickets: early bird is $10 through October 4 (capped at 150), then $20 through November 10. Taxes and fees included in the sticker price. Exhibitor tables are also available on this page.

⏰ Time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST (exhibitor load-in at 12:00 PM)
💲 Cost: $10 early bird (capped at 150), then $20. A ticket is required for entry.
📍 Location: Kansas City, MO (venue announced when the contract is signed)

✅ What to Expect
Thirty Kansas City companies and startups, each with a table to show what they're building. Walk up, ask questions, see the work. At 6:30 the floor pauses for the Pitch-Off, then opens back up before doors close at 8:00.

🎤 The Pitch-Off

Eight teams. Four judges. Five minutes each. Starts at 6:30 PM on the main stage. Winner and next year's date at 7:30.

✨ Want a Table?
Thirty tables, not curated. Founding tables $150 through September 30. Standard tables $200 from October 1 through October 25. Each table includes five guest passes. Sold on this page — no separate application. We cannot sell tables at the door.

👥 Who Should Come
Founders, operators, engineers, students, executives, and anyone buying or shipping AI in Kansas City. Goal: leave with names.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus Eventbrite fees, which are not refundable) up to 3 days prior to the event.

How to stand this up

1. Create a new Eventbrite event under Kansas City AI Club (draft, not published).
2. Paste title, summary, date/time, TBA location, description.
3. Upload header cards/expo-header-city-2160.png (cityscape creative — not A/B/C).
4. Create the four ticket types above. Absorb fees on $10 and $20 so the listed price is what attendees pay.
5. Leave the event in Draft until Chris green-lights venue line + public push (target around Sep 22).
6. When venue is signed, replace TBA with the real name/address in Eventbrite and on kansascity.ai in the same pass.
