## Judgment calls and open items

1. **[FILL: The Mint website URL]** — venue is unlinked. Template wants the venue hyperlinked in both the hook and the location line.
2. **Title reordered to house format** (club name first). Your draft led with "KC AI Expo 2026." Defensible for a flagship — say so and I'll flip it back.
3. **Agenda condensed from seven rows to six** and the 7:30–7:45 gap closed by running floor time to 8:00.
4. **Audience Block B** (broad KC community) per the template's rule for expos. Note this pulls against the "Operators leave with names" tagline on the header art, which is Block A language.
5. **One cancellation policy covers both attendees and tables.** A 3-day window on a $200 table is generous — you may want a separate, longer policy for exhibitors.
6. **"Has met since 2023" dropped** in favor of the standing boilerplate. Easy to add back.
7. **No sponsor line.**
8. Address `12345 W 95th St` — worth one look at the contract before this goes live.
